Mario Ho and Ming Xi Host Lavish Macau Banquet — Joe Chen Attends with Husband: “10 Years Later, We’re All Happy”

(Macau, 30 Sep) Mario Ho and supermodel Ming Xi, who have been married for seven years and share two children, held a lavish wedding appreciation banquet in Macau on 28 September. The celebration followed their wedding ceremony at Mont-Saint-Michel in France in June.

Joe Chen attended the banquet with her husband Alan and later shared photos from the celebration. Recalling filming Up Idol with Ming Xi 10 years ago, Chen said they once talked about the kind of partners they might meet in the future.

Seeing that both have now found happiness, she wrote: “Ten years later, we are both very happy.”

Around 500 guests reportedly attended the Macau celebration, including celebrities and prominent guests such as Jin Sha, Huang Xiaoming, Moka Fang and Leo Ku.

The venue featured an “autumn oil painting” theme decorated with thousands of imported flowers, maple leaves and vines.

During his speech, Mario joked about his height difference with Ming Xi before promising to love and protect his wife for a lifetime and beyond.

His mother, Angela Leong, also took the stage to thank Ming Xi for becoming part of the family, describing her as kind and outstanding. Ming Xi responded by promising to cherish everyone’s blessings and continue caring for the family.
